MY REFLECTIONS

At school I have been learning about Sumo. Also how there is no shame in fame. What this means is that if you are chosen to read a story out or something. You should not be affraid of what others will think. This will help me in the future because if I want to be a actor or somthing simillar I can not be affraid of what the audience will think. Also it has got me to talk to other people I normally wouldnt. Also I usually help others I wouldnt normally.

Hi Guys
Today at school I had to do a test it tells you if your depressed you have axietiy or stress . This is supposed to help me cause the test came up as I had a lot of anxiety so every monday I do a task thing.
